Since Airyday launched in 2022, we have experienced amazing love and support from people all over the world as we spread the word about using SPF all day, Airyday. 

However, since we launched, prices for raw materials that we use have increased between 15%-42%, and our costs have also increased as we continue to grow (which is a good thing).

From June 1st, 2023, the price of Airyday products will increase be an average of 4.5%. We understand the impact that these changes can have, and we strive to manage business costs internally vs passing them along.

Rather than reformulate with lower cost ingredients, or find cheaper non-recycled materials, we believe in our brand and in our commitment to a healthy planet.

Airyday products remain unchanged. Our ingredients remain cutting edge. Our carbon footprint continues to get smaller.

The TGA regulations in Australia classify suncreens as a listed medicine which in Australia and require they are manufactured in a facility pre-approved & certified to make these sorts of medicines. They are not allowed to be made in a standard, cosmetic manufacturing facility,

Without fail. Damaging UVA/UVB rays are present even when its not sunny and doesnt feel hot. Sun damage is cumulative so it is best that you protection yourself as much as possible.

Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested and approved, with the exception of some of our skin renewing products which should follow instructions when used.

All sunscreen products that are approved by the TGA are safe for pregnant women & breast feeding. If there is a contraidication, it will state so by requirement of the TGA on the label.

Yes! We are proudly using the world's first 100% recycled, closed loop aluminum tube
which uses 95% post consumer + 5% post industrial waste. Help us keep the loop
closed by adding them to your recycling once finished

Our tubes are also manufactured with a significantly smaller carbon foot print - 70% less CO2 to be exact - vs other aluminium tubes.

Yes, simply separate the lid from the tube and pop each item into their respective recycling type.

We will do our best to try to update your address, but cannot make any guarantees as the order may have already been processed by our system and dispatched.

Apologies, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Due to the beautifully soft and malleable nature of aluminum, our tubes will always be perfectly imperfect in some way. We do not consider dings or dents, damage & you shouldn’t either. Our aluminum tube is already closed-loop & 100% recycled. Don't forget to keep the loop going & recycle it again Apologies, we don't accept returns for change of mind, due to hygiene reasons and as everyone’s skin is different, results may vary. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchase and we would be happy to help you find the best product for skin.

A refund or replacement will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please send a photo within 7 days of your purchase and our Airyday Care Queens will be in contact to let you know if you are entitled to a replacement and provide instructions accordingly.
